About
Working in Vancouver, BC’s construction industry for many years, we’ve often seen the cash flow of small businesses that extend credit suffer. Their larger customers sometimes take advantage of market position and demand more than 30 day payment terms. Sometimes customers unfairly refuse or delay payment. And British Columbia (unlike most other Canadian provinces), still does not have prompt payment legislation for the construction industry.
So, it can be difficult for small contractors to get paid on time. But in most cases, problems can be solved by consistently applying a few simple strategies and best practices. That's what inspired us to start Receivables Help.
Small businesses are the lifeblood of BC's economy, and our goal is to help them get paid on time for the hard work they do.
